Pilates Reformer and Tower Classes

All equipment socially distanced apart and some in their own private rooms while you can still hear and see the teacher. No first timers in a class setting. Must take at least one private before taking a class.

Barre with TRX

Rock it Out! classes are offered twice a week. Developed by the owner who is a former professional dancer with the Radio City Rockettes/Dance Captain, New York Knicks City Dancer/Dance Captain, Broadway Performer and Hubbard Street Dance Company.

Yoga Classes Upon Request

Teaching all levels and styles of yoga and media ratio in either a small group or private scenarios. Contact us when you’re ready to start!
